Shipping Policies
Items marked “free shipping”include standard ground or LTL truck freight delivery free of charge shipped within the contiguous United States to a commercial address with forklift or loading dock only. LTL freight deliveries to residential addresses and rural non-commercial addresses such as family farm addresses are available for an extra fee of $100.00 (family farm rural addresses are considered by many transportation companies as non-commercial residential addresses. It is best to declare rural family farm addresses as residential to avoid paying higher fees after delivery). Deliveries to undeclared residential addresses may incur additional charges by the freight carrier of typically more than $100.00 due to added processing fees by the carrier which will be the responsibility of the customer. (Please declare if this is a residential address or a rural farm address and pay the $100.00 fee in advance as the re-bill or follow up fee is always more.) Freight deliveries to Government facilities will incur and additional fee of $150.00. Ground shipping to residential addresses will incur no additional fees. Transit times for standard delivery average between 2 to 10 working days.
Standard delivery is tailgate delivery* to a commercial address with forklift or loading dock only. Please make sure you have the personnel and equipment available to unload your purchase and move it into your facility. Standard delivery does not include liftgate service, residential delivery, inside placement, uncrating or installation. LTL freight liftgate deliveries** are available at an additional charge of $150.00. If liftgate is required but not declared the charge for liftgate delivery will typically be more than $150.00 due to proccessing fees. Please declare if liftgate is needed to avoid additional fees of typicallly more than the original fee of $150.00.
An invoice will be sent with the “ship to” address before your item(s) are shipped. It is very important for you to examine the delivery address for accuracy and call immediately with any corrections that need to be made. Once the item is shipped the carrier can charge fees for redirecting shipments with incorrect delivery addresses. These charges would be your responsibility.

*Tailgate Delivery – Freight carrier will bring freight to the back of the truck. Unloading from the truck to the ground is the responsibility of the buyer.
**Liftgate Delivery – Consists of the freight carrier lowering the freight to the ground at the curb with an automated tail gate. It is important to consider a liftgate delivery when heavy equipment is ordered and no loading dock is available.
